Her caring and loving nature were traits that she shared with everyone around her, and she was a source of comfort and support to those in need.
She had the personality and natural charisma to make friends no matter the situation, and her laugh was infectious to everyone around her.
Cicely was preceded in death by her parents, Sam Smart and Grace Larsen (Bongo), her siblings Lois Smart (Mustache), Linda Smart, and Michael Bongo, and her husband Gary Abel.
She is survived by her brothers Keith Beechtree and Dale Smolinski, her sons Ira Smart and William Dick, her daughters, Rita Dick (Joey Lee) and Nakia Tellinghuisen, and her 10 grandchildren who she adored: Tawney, Aaron, Joe, Clement, Julie, William, Logan, Willow, Meadow, and Hunter, as well as her great grandchild Dakota, and many nieces and nephews who she loved like her own children.
Cicely's legacy will live on through the memories she created with those she touched. She was a beautiful soul, full of warmth, kindness, and grace.
