Cindy Marie Hodson was born January 11, 1960, in Vandalia, the daughter of Harry E. and Marie R. (Lape) Hodson. Cindy worked at Crane Packing, was once a Manager at Casey's General Store and has bartended at several bars in the area. She was a member of Women of the Moose; she loved to read mystery novels, complete crossword puzzles, and shop.
She is survived by her siblings, Sandy Schommer and husband Paul of Manteca, CA, Debbie Warner and husband Richard of Vandalia, IL, Sherri Hodson of Vandalia, Harry "Skip" Hodson and wife Dee of Vandalia, IL; nephew and nieces, Alan Woolsey, Heather Warner, and Cassie Warner; great nephew and nieces; canine companion, Roxie; and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Gordon Jake Thacker.
