Cindy Marie Hoff

Cindy and I taught kindergarten together for many years and ate lunch with each daily and had a very strong bond of friendship. I loved Cindy dearly and we had so much fun together but supported each other in our teaching and our personal lives. She was the most generous person with her time and was a loyal friend. She was loved by her students and the parents. I am so sorry for her family and her friends as we will all miss her. I saw a display at the NYC public library about a children´s book that I did a unit on for the teachers and it was focused as the most checked out children´s book in the NYC children´s library. My first thought was to send Cindy a message when I go back to S.F. It was then I found out Cindy had died. I was shocked and deeply saddened. I so wanted to talk to her again and again. I still cannot believe she is not with us physically.
