11 years ago, on a snowy night, just like tonight was the last time I saw you. You are remembered every day and night in my thoughts and will continue to be always. There are so many times that I as all of us wish you were with us to listen, help and guide us through trying times and just be there as you always have done for comfort and understanding. I love and miss you greatly, and can only hope that you are in peace. Love, your son - Jason

Mom... You were always our guiding light, and still play that role till this day. You are always with us. We love and miss you always, and your persistence to do what's best and dust yourself off when things get tough will never tire. Thank you for instilling this in us all. Continue to look down on us as I know you will, as we always have looked up to you.

Well, your birthday just passed and Karl and I came to visit you. I know you would love Karl. He's a very handsome boy, yet mischevious just like Nanuq. I've accidentally refered to him as Nanuq on more than one occasion! You are always in my heart and thoughts. It seems like yesterday, yet years have passed. I would have given everything to help you, even though I know you would never let me. I wish you were here with us everyday. I love and miss you dearly. Your words echo in my head all the time. Keep looking down on us, because we are always looking up to you. Forever, your son.
