Cindy Smith Obituary
Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Sidney O'dell Smith and Edna Cannon Livingston Smith. Cindy was a 1981 graduate of Ninety Six High School and graduated from Piedmont Technical College. In 1995, she went to work in the office of Dr. Akhtar Hussain and had a fulfilling career until her retirement in 2018.
Cindy attended Bible Way Fellowship Church.
Cindy is survived by her sisters, Paula Haynes (Jimmy) and Marcia Day; nephew, Johnny Haynes (Tambi); niece, Susie Morrow (Andy); great nieces, Brandy Speake (Adam), Jessica Williams (Dusty), Katie Thornton (Tyler) and Allison Barnes (Cory); 13 great great nieces and nephews; and her best friends, Connie and Danny Crawford, James and Freida Jones.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Paul Livingston and George "Hopsing" Livingston and her childhood best friend, Dolly Leopard.
Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Earl Kelly officiating.
The family will receive friends at Harley Funeral Home on Friday from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont (careofthepiedmont.org).
