CJ WRIGHT, born on August 4, 1954, in the heart of a loving family, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026. Throughout his life, CJ was known for his loving and caring nature, embracing every moment with happiness and a zeal for life that inspired those around him.
CJ devoted himself wholeheartedly to his family, embodying the true essence of what it meant to be family-oriented. His commitment to nurturing bonds extended beyond mere obligation; it was a testament to the love he radiated toward those he held dear.
He will be honored and remembered at two significant gatherings. The first will be a viewing held on February 13, 2026, at New Direction Baptist Church located at 2555 Cedar Crest Blvd, Dallas, TX 75203, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Following this, a funeral service will take place at New Generation Baptist Church on February 14, 2026, set to begin at 10:00 AM at 8816 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75241, concluding at 11:00 AM.
