Clara E. Johnson

Clara E. Johnson, age 76, died on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, following an extended illness. She was born on October 28, 1936 in Goliad, Texas, eighth out of ten children to Kadon D. and Lessie Christina Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her loving husband of 31 years, Dave Johnson. Clara is survived by her daughter, Susan Membreno; granddaughter, Kaylon Membreno; sister, Gloria Vrana; brother, Kadon Smith. Clara greeted everyone with a smile, baked cookies, and words of encouragement. The family will receive friends and guests on Sunday, June 30, 2013, from 4-9 PM at Crespo Funeral Home – Broadway Chapel. Services to celebrate Clara's life will be held at 10 AM the following morning at Revival House, 2560 Old Louetta Loop, Spring, TX. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery
