Clarence Drechsler

Clarence James "Jim" Drechsler, Sr., 86, of Millers, died on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Born October 7, 1939 in Cooksville, Maryland, he was the son of the late George Arthur Drechsler and Myrle Louise Fair Drechsler. He was the loving husband to Beverly Shaeffer Drechsler for 66 years. Jim retired from being a plumber after 50 years. He enjoyed watching John Wayne movies and listening to bluegrass music. He was a life time member of the Westminster Moose Lodge #1381 and the FOE Eagle's 2226 in Littlestown, PA. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Jimmy and Renee; sister Betty Cummings; grandchildren Brittany, Kristina and Brandin, great-grandchildren Jayceon, Blayze, Jaxel, Sawyer, Abel and Lincoln. He was predeceased by his siblings Louise, Bud, Leslie, Lindsay, Herman and Gilbert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew him. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster. Funeral service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
