Clarence "Fuzzy" Haskins

I can remember Fuzzy Haskins from when I was a little boy about five or six years old back in 1952 or 53. He must´ve visited quite often from Plainfield where he was living at the time. We lived in Elkhorn, West Virginia. One incident I remember was that we used to play a lot of Cowboys and Indians. Fuzzy and some of the older guys had pretended to rob a bank or stagecoach.

The money was in a wallet and they stuffed the wallet in my jeans that were rolled up really high. The sheriff searched everyone and could not find the money. They were about to be let go when I said "I got the money right here." Fuzzy, My brother and the other "crooks" said "oh no we were going to get away!"

I remember Fuzzy saying don´t pick on him. He´s just a little boy. He was always kind. at the time he was about 10 or 11 years old.

Yes yes In the Year 2000 Fuzzy Haskins Visted our Record Store in Pittsburgh PA to Promote The Concert In Town The Whole Band Original P so Down to Earth Fuzzy wanted the Pants I was Wearing and The Funky Red Fun Classes I Had On I Gave Them To Him and Felt Honored Just To Be in his Presence PFunk 4ever..

Clarence “Fuzzy” Haskins was a singer who cofounded the legendary funk collective Parliament-Funkadelic. He was greatly admired by her fellow artists and all those who knew him. May the love and many, many special memories you shared with your devoted loved one show how much your life was touched by him. May the God of comfort bless your grieving hearts with strength, loving kindness and peace as the world copes with the loss of Clarence “Fuzzy” Haskins. May his music and legacy keep his memory alive forever.

Clarence made a lot of good music with the group and also solo. I'm so sorry that he got sick. To his family as you deal with your loss you have my sincere sympathy. May God grant you the necessary strength to endure.

Such an amazing group, but Fuzzy stood on his own as a singer and drummer. Sincere sympathies for the Haskins family, so very sorry for your loss,God help you all in your time of loss.
