Mr. Clarence C. Knipe

Knipe, Clarence C. Knipe passed away Friday, March 2, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Alma (Stevens) Knipe who preceded him in death in 2004, and has been deeply missed by Clarence, and the family. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Evelyn (Conner) Knipe. He leaves behind his loving children James Knipe and his wife Sally of Arizona, Donna Edwards and her husband Lee whom he lived with in Pipersville, PA as well as his grandchildren Lynn Anne Goodwillie (Ken), Wendy Shigo (Jon), James Knipe (Deb), Sheri Chubb (Bruce) Persis and Eric Knipe, and 11 great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all. Clarence was self-employed with his own business, Knipe and McLeod Plastering, and spent his last 20 years at BCCC before retiring. He and Alma had a dream of building a house in the country, which they did together in the 50's. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, car racing, planting a garden, trips to the Giant store, and visiting the cemetery. The family will receive family and friends at the Leaver/Cable of Buckingham, Rte. 202 & Quarry Rd., on Friday, March 9, viewing at 10AM, and service at 11AM. Interment will follow at Forest Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to American Heart or Lung Assoc. in Clarence's name.
