Claude H. Burgess Sr.
Claude Horace Burgess, Sr., 69, husband of Kelly Houser Burgess, passed away Monday, January 15, 2024 at Regional Hospice Home.
Born September 10, 1954 in Cherokee County, he was a son of the late Horace Burgess and Dorothy Guyton Burgess and was a member of The Biker Church in Cowpens.
Surviving in addition to his wife is his son; Claude “Boot” Burgess Jr.; step-sons, Kristopher Seeley, Jeremy Seeley; step-daughters, Lauren Seeley, Taylor Byrd; sister, Martha Byars (Arnold); brother, Todd Burgess (Nancy); nieces, Amy Burgess, Angel Fuller, Brandy Bradley; nephews, T.C. Burgess, Chad Burgess, Brad Burgess; grandchildren, Xander Burgess, Lorelie Grace Burgess and 8 step-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary.
Family members are at their respective homes.
