Claude Tondre Obituary

Claude was a 1964 graduate of St. Louis High School. After serving six years in the Navy with submarine service on the USS Shark submarine, Claude received a Mechanical Engineer degree from the University of Texas. He worked for many years with Kinetic Concepts, Inc. and later with KLN Manufacturing, LLC as a mechanical engineer.
Survivors include his son, Kristopher Tondre of San Antonio; his brother and sister-in-law, Curtis and Dale Tondre of Rio Medina; and his sister, Elaine Le Grand of Houston.
Claude was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Carl Tondre.
Visitation will be Monday, December16, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, with the Holy Rosary recited at 5:30 p.m. A Committal Service with Military Honors will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, followed by interment.
Memorials may be made in Claude's memory to the charity of your choice.
