Claude Underwood Jr. Obituary
Claude Edward Underwood Jr., 67, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away July 2, 2025. He was born on June 21, 1958 to the late Claude Edward Underwood Sr. and Alberta Marie (Evans) Underwood in Indianapolis.
Claude is survived by his siblings, Amy Bailey (Butch), Debbie Heigl, Patsy Coglan (JR.), Tina Sanders (Bill), and James Underwood.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Alberta; brother, Allen Underwood and sister, Rose White.
Claude grew up in Indianapolis with his parents and seven other siblings. He attended and graduated from Harry E. Wood High School on south Meridian Street in Indianapolis just a few years before it closed it doors for good in 1978. Claude was an avid fisherman, and was a member of the Capital City Conservation Club for many years. You could find him at the fishing pond almost every weekend.
Visitation is Saturday, July 12, 2025, 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Berean Baptist Church, Greenwood, IN.
Funeral service will begin at noon.
Burial to immediately follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Greenwood, Indiana.
