Claudette M. LeBlanc

Claudette M. (Cormier) LeBlanc, 85, of Gardner, died peacefully Saturday, August 20, 2022, in Heywood Hospital, Gardner, with her family by her side due to complications from pneumonia.
Born in Saint-Paul, New Brunswick, Canada, on January 2, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Aurele and Melanie May LeBlanc) Cormier. She graduated from St. Paul s High School, Saint-Paul, NB, Canada, and from Teachers College in Fredericton, NB, Canada. Claudette was a Baker employed by former Victory Supermarket and Hannaford s Supermarket of Gardner for over 28- years prior to her retirement.
Claudette was a parishioner of Annunciation Parish/ Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner. She enjoyed playing bingo and sewing. Claudette s greatest joy was found when she was with her family, treasuring all the special moments they had together.
Claudette is survived by her two sons, Ronald LeBlanc and his partner Brad of Canada and Marc LeBlanc and his wife Wendie of Templeton; a daughter, Denise Hastings and her husband Kevin of Phillipston; four grandchildren, Melanie (Hastings) Johnson, Jake Hastings, Leah and Kyle LeBlanc; four great-grandchildren, Hunter Johnson, Jack Pelletier, Jameson Johnson, and Charlee Hastings; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, Oscar LeBlanc who died in 1984; and a sister Ida Maurice.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in Annunciation Parish at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA.
