HASTINGS, NY - On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, Claudia Fischer, 80, left this Earth while a patient at Syracuse Crouse Hospital.
She was born in Punxsutawney, PA on December 26, 1944, was the daughter of Robert and Virginia (Shaffer) Kelsey. Claudia graduated from Suny Geneseo as a RN. Preceding Claudia where her parents and brothers Bill. Surviving are brothers Bob, Tom, John Kelsey.
She was a loving and caring person loved by all who knew her.
Funeral Services will be celebrated at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Brewerton, NY.
