Dr. Clay Welborn Evatt Jr. MD

To the Evatt Family,
Dr. Evatt was my first eye doctor and I have very vivid memories of my first-ever visits to his office around 1971/1972. I recall his unique and friendly manner even as a child when he would ask "better still?" as he changed lenses in front of me and, ultimatle, said to me and my father, "looks like we're gonna have to go to the specs."
May his memory serve as a blessing and may you know from no more such sorrow.

Dear Evatt Family- My thoughts and prayers are with you. I have very fond memories of your Dad sailing his widgeon. He also took such great care of so many of my family members.

Dr. Evatt shared his passion of ophthalmology with me. I will be forever grateful. What a wonderful kind mentor and boss. He will be missed.

Dr. Evatt will always be remembered to me as upbeat and positive man as I frequented (or became a fixture?) in the Evatt household growing up. He always made me laugh. condolences to his wonderful family.

I just wanted to say that all of you are in my thoughts. Having grown up with all of you I feel like have lost a family member. I will always remember sailing, hunting, and fishing with him. Take care. Bobby Linker
