Cleofe Arriola Resultan

Cleofe Arriola Resultan, 86, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, at Brightview Senior Living in Wayne, New Jersey.
Cleofe was born on February 17, 1939, in Odiongan, Romblon, Philippines, to parents Nicanor Rios Arriola and Purificacion Noche Arriola. She came to the United States and lived most of her life in Jersey City
She worked for many years as a Laboratory Technician, for Quest Diagnostics in Teterboro, where she was known for her dedication, precision, and kindness to her colleagues.
Cleofe found joy in community and friendships. She was an active member of a Filipino Association in Jersey City, where she loved attending their monthly themed gatherings that celebrated Filipino culture and food.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jaime Resultan, Jr. in 2012.
Cleofe is survived by her loving daughter, Marie Daffodil Cheng and her husband Vincent; cherished grandchildren Nathaniel Cheng and Lia Cheng; dear siblings Delia Galpo, Levi Arriola, Rodolfo Arriola, and Tessie Arriola-Bulalacao; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will miss her deeply.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday November 13,2025 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Gaita Memorial Home, 154 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Little Falls. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Angels Church, Little Falls. Memories and condolences may be shared at gaitamh.com.
