Cleotilde Arias Durán, nacida el 26 de mayo de 1951, falleció pacíficamente el 23 de diciembre de 2025. Ahora se ha reunido en el descanso eterno con sus padres, su hermano y sus hermanas.
Cleotilde fue una madre, abuela, bisabuela, hermana y amiga cariñosa, cuya vida se centró en la fe, la familia y las sencillas alegrías de la vida cotidiana. Fue una mujer fuerte que siempre antepuso a su familia y sirvió como un hermoso ejemplo de amor, resiliencia y devoción.
Le sobreviven su querida hija, Martina Arias Guereca, y su esposo Alonso; sus hijos Joel Arias Durán y su esposa Mónica, José de Jesús Alcaraz Arias y Juan José Alcaraz Arias y su esposa Vianey. También le sobreviven su hermano Juan Arias Durán y sus hermanas Catalina Arias Durán y Concepción Arias Hernández. Cleotilde deja 14 nietos, 9 bisnietos y muchos familiares y amigos que la recordarán con cariño.
A Cleotilde le gustaba escuchar música antigua, especialmente las canciones de Pedro Infante. Encontraba la felicidad en los placeres sencillos de la vida: pasar tiempo con su familia, ir a la iglesia y compartir comidas juntos. Algunas de sus comidas favoritas eran los frijoles, los nopales, los huevos con chile, el mole y los tamales, platos que aportaban consuelo y unión a quienes la rodeaban.
Su color favorito era el verde azulado, un color que reflejaba su carácter: práctica, confiable y de corazón puro. A Cleotilde también le gustaba divertirse en el casino, siendo Choctaw uno de sus lugares favoritos para visitar.Cleotilde Arias Durán será recordada por su fe, su fortaleza, su amor por la familia y la calidez que compartia con todos los que la conocian. Su legadode amor perdura a traves de las muchas vidas que toco.
Cleotilde Arias Durán, born on May 26, 1951, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025. She is now reunited in eternal rest with her parents, her brother, and her sisters.
Cleotilde was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was centered around faith, family, and the simple joys of everyday living. She was a strong woman who always put her family first and served as a beautiful example of love, resilience, and devotion.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Martina Arias Guereca, and her husband Alonso; her sons Joel Arias Durán and his wife Mónica, José de Jesús Alcaraz Arias, and Juan José Alcaraz Arias and his wife Vianey. She is also survived by her brother Juan Arias Durán and her sisters Catalina Arias Durán and Concepción Arias Hernández. Cleotilde leaves behind 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
Cleotilde enjoyed listening to old-school music, especially songs by Pedro Infante. She found happiness in the simple pleasures of life-spending time with her family, attending church, and sharing meals together. Some of her favorite foods included beans, nopales, eggs with chile, mole, and tamales, dishes that brought comfort and togetherness to those around her.
Her favorite color was teal, a color that reflected her character-practical, trustworthy, and clear- hearted. Cleotilde also enjoyed having fun at the casino, with Choctaw being one of her favorite places to visit.
Cleotilde Arias Durán will be remembered for her faith, her strength, her love for family, and the warmth she shared with everyone she met. Her legacy of love lives on through the many lives she touched.
