Clifford Wig Partlow

Tallahassee FL / Swanton VT - Clifford Wig Partlow 80, passed away on December 9th 2023. He lived in Vermont until 2015, when he moved to be with his son in Florida.
He was an avid ice fisher and enjoyed people coming out to his fishing shanty, he would clean and cook the fish in his shanty.
If someone was uncomfortable putting bait on their hook he would do it for them. He had a lot of fishing time with Amie Lloyd and Raymond Hakey Jr.
He was born in Highgate Springs on April 8th 1943, to Clifford and Marion (Friot) Partlow.
He spent most of his career as a carpenter, in later years as a truck driver for Harrison Concrete; he also served in the National Guard.
He is survived by his son Cliff Partlow Jr. and his fiancé Angela Suckocki of Tallahassee Florida as well as seven sisters: Norma Bushey of Derby, Cora Clement of St. Albans, Beverly Bertrand and her husband Carlton of Highgate Springs, Patricia St. Francis of Berkshire, Sandra Shedrick of St. Albans, Ellen Punken Magnant and her husband Charlie of Franklin and Maggie St. Francis of St. Albans. His brother in-law Ray Bressette of Highgate Springs, and good friend Amie Lloyd.
Preceded in death by his parents as well as his step father Harold St. Francis, his brother Morris Sam Partlow, sister Betty Bressette, friend Raymond Hakey Jr., best friend and cousin Jackie Beyor.
