Clyde Lee Adair

Clyde Lee Adair, 78, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. He was born August 6, 1945, in Sugar Grove, Arkansas to David and Bernice Adair.
He previously worked at DPM and as a truck driver. He enjoyed going to car shows, his Ford Bronco, his classic Mustangs, hot rods, fishing, hunting, picking muscadines, and four-wheeling in the mountains. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys, and the Arkansas Razorbacks. He was a permanent fixture in the Booneville Christmas parade and could be found most mornings at Jam Mart drinking coffee with his friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents before mentioned, 9 brothers and 6 sisters.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Magazine, with burial at Mountain Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at First Baptist Church in Magazine.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Norma Adair of the home; sons, Clyde Lee Adair Jr. (Crystal) of Alma and Johnny Bolinger (Brooke) of Magazine; daughters, Carla Maxwell (David) of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Amanda Shomber of Magazine, and Candace Moore (Chris) of Paris, Arkansas; brothers, Marlin Adair and Bobby Adair, both of Sugar Grove; sister, Sue Weaver of Booneville; grandchildren, Jacey, Brayden, Chloe, Gabby, Chloe, Sunny, Kage, Ryker, Bailey, Amber, Katrina, David, and Stephen; 8 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
