I will never forget what your friendship meant to me. You stood by me when my life was in turmoil many years ago. You were a good friend, and you will always be in my heart. I love you, Clyta. I know you are dancing for Jesus now with a big smile on your beautiful face.

Clyta was my mom´s best friend and one of my favorite people in the whole wide world. She´s always been one of my biggest supporters and am so blessed to have had her in my life for over 35 years. She and Bernard were two of a kind. - Missy

Clyta was truly one in a million and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her smile was the best ever and her zest for life an inspiration. As Mississippi John Hurt would sing, she has laid her burden down.

What a wonderful person. From the looks of her travels she definitely enjoyed her life here on earth. She will be dearly missed. Loved her so.
