Beloved husband, father, son, brother, officer and friend, Cody Ray Allen, ended his watch far too soon on Thursday, February 29, 2024. He was 35. A service will be held Friday, March 8th, also at the Auditorium; 1001 W Walnut St, Independence, MO 64050. A graveside committal service will follow at Odessa Cemetery in Odessa, MO.

Cody was born on December 23, 1988, in Kansas City, MO to Timothy and Loretta (Adams) Allen. Cody will be remembered as a passionate devoted father and husband. A compassionate, protective brother. And a son that will never be forgotten. His family, friends, fellow officers, and community have lost a sacrificial servant who will be greatly missed.
