This morning I just happened to notice the Christmas card you sent to me last year. I didn't realize today was the anniversary of Cody's passing.

Cody... I'm at such a loss. You were a great landlord and we will miss you. We had only just begun to get to know you (and Gwen) and this just doesn't seem real. We will take good care of the grass outside. (It ended up coming in lovely, btw. Good job!) Rest in peace. You will definitely be missed.
