Cody Alan Metz died at the age of 36 on April 19, 2023.
The family will receive family and friends on Friday, May 5, 2023, at Forbis & Dick Guilford Chapel at 9:30 am. A Memorial Mass will follow at 10:30a.m. with Father Joseph Mack officiating.
Cody Alan Metz was from Greensboro, NC.
Cody Alan Metz is survived by his father, Preston M. Metz, Sr., step-mother Margaret, mother Stacy Johnson, brother Preston Metz, Jr., brother Derek Lee Metz, and sister Samantha Jo Metz. Preceding him in death are his paternal grandfather Gary E. Metz, maternal grandfather Robert Brookman, and maternal grandmother Shelby Brookman.
