Born on December 23, 1971, in Bellflower, California, Colby was the son of Bobbie McCallum and the late Presley Snethen of Arizona. In 1980, the family relocated to NC, where Colby attended Shiloh Elementary School and graduated from Chase High School in 1989.
Colby has a large family that will miss him dearly. He was a loving, kindhearted, quiet, strong, but gentle man with the best hugs! Colby was a free spirit, he lived life to the fullest and never had any complaints or concerns. During Colby’s 30+ year career in the construction industry, he enjoyed spreading his knowledge and providing opportunities for his friends and family.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Dianna; his sons, Colton Snethen, Keaton Snethen (wife Carley), Jake Champion and daughter, Kayla Champion. Colby was a cherished grandfather to Carter Daisley and Jordan Ferguson.
