Colin D. Carr

Colin Demetrius Carr was born to the parentage of Curtis & Linder Carr on February 24, 1970, in Longview, Texas. During Colin's early life he attended Longview High School in which he graduated in 1988. He loved playing for the Mighty Lobos. Later he would continue to further his education at Jarvis Christian University were he earned his Bachelor's Degree in 1993. While there Colin pledged with the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. As Colin moved on with life he would work for different contractor companies at Texas Eastman along with driving dump trucks until his health began to decline.

On May 13th 2000, Colin united in marriage to Freshicka D. Anderson and to this union two children were born: LaDarin Demetrius & LaDayshia Demetria Carr.

He was proceeded in death by his parental grandmother's Oneta Taylor & Varie Booty and his mother Linder Carr and a nephew Khimani.

Colin is survived by his children LaDarin Demetrius Carr of (McKinney, Texas) LaDayshia Demetria Carr of (Longview, Texas) his father Curtis Carr Sr. of (Longview, Texas) and his siblings Curtis Carr Jr. of (Dallas, Texas), Shana Mathis of (Kilgore, Texas), Amiee Carr of (Longview, Texas) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
