I met Bro Arrington in 1984 while serving in the military. I immediately gain so much respect for him because of the relationships he established with the enlisted men while himself being a Commission Officer. Until this day we have remain special friends and brothers. He was truly a man of character and displayed love and caring for everyone he met. God has chosen an elite person to be with him and I personally will never forget him! Cynthia (wife) I admire the love and support you've given my special friend/brother.
