Concetta "Connie" (nee Ziccardi). February 12, 2026. Beloved mother of Donna Pietrafesa (Lisa Tomlinson) and Mark (Gina) Pietrafesa. Mimi of Alexa and Mark Pietrafesa. Step-grandmother of Victor (Gabrielle) Calkins, Michael Calkins, and Jamie Tomlinson. Step-grandmother of Victoria. Sister of the late Sylvia Ann Romean (Frank) and Joseph Ziccardi. Sister-in-law of Marlene Ziccardi. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Connie was known for her generous heart, welcoming smile, and remarkable ability to make everyone feel at home. Whether she was baking her famous "filling" cookies, apple cake, or pizzelles for family gatherings, offering thoughtful advice and encouragement, or simply listening with genuine care, she gave freely of herself. She was selfless to a fault; she always put others before herself. She had a wonderful sense of humor and shared countless laughs with all who knew her.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed discussing the books she read. She was also a devoted Phillies fan – Alec Bohm was her favorite – she rarely missed watching a game. She especially loved spending time down the shore, where she created cherished summer memories for more than 25 years. Above all, Connie treasured time with her family. Her grandchildren, Alexa and Mark, were the center of her world and her greatest joy.

Connie's love, strength, and vibrant spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Thursday, February 19, 2026, 9:30AM-11AM at the Church of St. Richard, 18th & Pollock Sts., followed by her Funeral Mass at 11AM. INT. Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
