Connie Bowen, 93, of Albany died Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.Her memorial service will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 25, 2024 at Mathews Funeral Home.
Born in Oswego, NY, Mrs. Bowen had lived in Albany since 1969. She retired from Bellsouth (AT&T) after thirty years of service. She was a lover of many things, such as diving into a good book, working on puzzles or cheering on the Atlanta Braves. However, there was nothing she loved more than spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Survivors include her children, Johanna Bowen Hatcher (Thomas), Glenn Bowen (Tina), grandchildren, Christopher Bowen (Mandy), Amanda Wills (Kenny), Justin Bowen (Emily), Kayla Terrell (Sean), great grandchildren, Madison, Dalton, Rhys, Kyler, Laeklyn, Evie, Finn and Brix.
The family will receive friends following the service.
