Connie Jean "Flick" Miller, age 81, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 7:00 am Sunday, November 9, 2025, at her home.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday, November 14, 2025, at Grand View Funeral Home. Rev. Larry Taylor and Pastor Stephen Albers will officiate. Burial will be in the Grand View Burial Park.
Visitation celebrating Connie's life will be held 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
Connie was born on August 23, 1944, in Hannibal, MO the daughter of Harold and Edna (Scheiner) Flick.
She was united in marriage to Thomas R. "Tommy" Miller on March 16, 1963, at Calvary Baptist Church in Hannibal, MO by Bro Bill Miller.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas R. Miller of the home, son, Thomas "Tom" Miller (Tina) of Hannibal, MO; two daughters, Karla Barr (Todd) of Hannibal, MO and Beth Powell (Brian) of Hannibal, MO; sister, Joyce Jeffries (Danny) of Hannibal, MO. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren; Megan Underhill (Josh), Kaitlyn Miller (Shawn), Christina Powell (Dan), Matthew Powell (Shayleigh), Lindsey Welch (Brian), Kelsey Schafer (Brett), Kayley Bailey (Josh), and Kensey Thompson (Spencer), great grandchildren; Jace, Easton, MeMaw's girl, Aubrey, Austyn, Henley, Griffen, Dawsyn, Brooks, Elle, Beckett and Emmy and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Carolyn Jones and Sandra Miller.
Connie graduated from Hannibal High School in the class of 1962.
Connie began her working career at Western Printing and later worked in the office at Hannibal Regional Hospital before retirement. She then took pride in sharing many precious moments tending to her grandchildren.
Connie found her greatest joy in the company of her family. She rarely missed an event for her children, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren-always cheering from the sidelines with pride in her heart. She shared countless car rides and motorcycle adventures with her devoted husband, Tommy, exploring the world together one road at a time.
A woman of simple pleasures and big-hearted spirit, Connie loved going out to eat, traveling with family, and collecting Hot Wheels and gift cards. Connie loved tending to her garden, watching her colorful flowers bloom. She had a playful side with a good Bingo game, or a favorite show on the Game Show Network. She enjoyed cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals on their game days. Connie was also a big fan of Elvis.
Her warmth, humor, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Connie’s legacy lives on in the stories we share, the laughter we remember, and the family she so dearly loved.
Connie was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Tom Miller, Matt Powell, Josh Underhill, Shawn Leonard, Brian Welch, Todd Barr and Brian Powell.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jace Underhill, Easton Underhill and Danny Jeffries
Memorial contributions may be made to Solid Rock Baptist Church or St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital, in care of Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
