Connie Ann Goodine, 53 of Bridgewater, passed away on Sunday, August 24th at Boston Medical Center Brockton, after a short illness.
Connie was born on September 1, 1971, the daughter of the late J. Pius and Vera L. Goodine of Weymouth. Connie graduated from Weymouth South High School.
Connie had been sick for several months and faced struggles with quiet strength. She is now at peace.
Connie leaves behind her children Tiffany Goodine, Samantha (Taylor) Goulding and Edmund (Cassie) Holmes and her grandchildren who will cherish their memories of their Mom and Grandmother.
Connie was the youngest of eleven children growing up in Weymouth, MA. She is survived by her sisters, Rosita Luongo and her late husband Donald, Berdina Steele (John), Jennie Babcock (Lawrence) and her brothers, Fred, Bill (Kathleen), Joe, Tony, Andre (Lorraine) and Peter (Ellen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, Marianne Pinsonneault.
We are especially grateful to our brother Joe Goodine, who has supported Connie during this difficult time. Joe went above and beyond to comfort Connie. His presence brought comfort and relief to all of us during this time.
Arrangements are being made by MacKinnon Funeral Home in Whitman. There will be no visiting hours.
Connie’s final resting place will be along with our late parents, J. Pius and Vera L. Goodine at Fairmont Cemetery in Weymouth. Burial Services will be private at a later date.
