Connie was born November 15, 1948, in Coshocton to the late Dale and Edith Pauline (Horton) Longsworth.
She is survived by her brother Larry (Joyce "Lynn") Longsworth; her nephew Terry (Sharon) Longsworth; and her friend Diane Throckmorton.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 12:00 pm at East State Street Cemetery.
