Connie " Becky" Rebecca Owens, forever loved Momma and Mammaw.
Our precious Momma went to her heavenly home with a glorified body to be with the Lord on November 1, 2025 after a brief stay under hospice care at Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on January 21, 1949 to the late Charlie and Sparta Meeks in Tracy City, TN. Where later as a young child, they made their home in Spring City, TN.
Becky was of the Pentecostal faith and had a deep love of Jesus and Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.
She is survived by her three daughters: Angela Sink Mady, Rhonda (Butch) Parks and Tonya (Rodney) Clark all of Spring City, TN. Surviving sisters are Judy (David) Hawkins and Ruth Reed.
Momma's love for her children was immeasurable. She instilled in them a deep love of Jesus that was the center of her very existence.
She is preceded in death by her precious great grandson Logan Crawley, her late husband Jesse Owens and siblings: Infant Billy Charles Meeks, Claudia Norman, Grady Meeks, Bill Meeks and Vance Meeks.
Surviving grandchildren include: Nichole (Seth) Perkins, Brandon Broyles, Joseph Parks, Hannah Parks, Rachel Parks, Chelsea Young, Brittany (Colton) Edmonds, and Savannah Sutton.
Great grandchildren include: Cayden Crawley, Grasyn Perkins, Raylan Broyles, Ryder Broyles, Katelyn Rose, Lakelyn Parks, Lucas Chesser, Noah Young, Benjamin Young, Leland Edmonds and Cooper Edmonds.
To know our precious Mother was to love her. We will forever miss our long talks, her warmth, her laughter, her spunk, her wisdom, her kisses and hugs. She loved the holidays and getting all the family together and was the best cook ever. She loved front porch sitting and talking with those she knew and loved. It is impossible to put in words just how much she will be loved and missed forever and always until we see her precious face again. To know Momma was a blessing and now she walks those streets of gold healthy and whole with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen and Amen.
