Connie Rae Ridgeway

Im sorry to hear about the loss of Connie. I had the wonderful opportunity to train her at the gym. I shared a tender moment with her in her last class. She was a fighter Ill tell ya that. She had some difficulty lifting the weights but she didnt want to quit. I held her arms and helped her finish her set. She inspired me in more ways then one. Basically she taught me not to quit even if the journey is hard. Im so honored to have known a wonderful woman. Sending blessings of peace to the Ridgeway family. ❤

I am blessed to know her! Never complained, a terrific sense of humor, completely positive & fun to be around. I've so enjoyed being in her company. I think she's passed a grateful attitude on to a lot of people.
