Connie Sue Stefankiewicz

Connie Sue Wertin-Stefankiewicz 81, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023 in a St. Joseph, MO hospital. She was born January 31, 1942 in St. Joseph, Missouri. She married Scott Stefankiewicz on June 7, 2017. She graduated from Central High School, and was the Owner Operator of Haps Place for over 50 years. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita Trant and Lawrence VanSickle, husband, Pete Wertin, her daughter, Jackie Parker, and. son, Tracy Allen Wilcox. Survivors include: husband, Scott Stefankiewicz, a son, Mike E. (Angie) Wilcox, of Washington state, and a daughter, Terri Jenkins, Dallas, TX. She will be cremated under the care and direction of the Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Friends of the Animal Shelter.
