Obituary of Connor Robert James Gould
Connor Robert James Gould passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 19, 2024.
Connor lived in Searsmont with the love of his life, Kamry Black. He graduated from Belfast Area High School, class of 2018, and worked as an electrician alongside his grandfather, uncle, and cousin Shane. Connor had a remarkable ability to light up a room with his infectious smile and humor. His jokes always brought laughter, and he was a constant source of help to anyone in need. With Connor around, there was never a dull moment. He cherished his time at camp with friends and family, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved working on cars, going four-wheeling, and snowmobiling with his best friend, Silas Mehuren. Above all, Connor treasured the moments spent with Kamry, his high school sweetheart.
Connor is survived by his mother, Amber Alley, and her husband, Pat Brown; his father, Robert Gould, and his wife, Sharon Gould; his brothers, Andrew Gould and fiancée Nola Noble, and Jaxson Maglaras; his sister, Makayla Maglaras; and his stepsiblings, Joseph Carter and Kaya Wentworth. He is also survived by his great-grandmother, Donna Alley; his grandparents, Michael and Anita Alley, Elaine Gould, and Thomas Waterman; his uncles, Christopher Alley and Jimmy Gould; his aunts, Michele Alley and Amy Gould; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Connor was predeceased by his great-grandfathers, Cleo Alley and Robert Callahan, his great-grandmother, Ruth Callahan, and his grandfather, Rick Gould of Virginia.
A celebration of Connor's life will be held on Friday, August 9th, at 3:00 PM at Redman Hall in downtown Belfast. If you would like to write a poem or letter for Connor but are unable to read it yourself, a young man has kindly offered to read them on your behalf. Memories and condolences may be shared on his tribute wall.
