Conolita Millicent Grossley

Conolita Millicent Grossley passed away on September 19, 2025, at the age of 85. Conolita is survived by her daughters; Lecia Grossley and Maxie Birch-Moore, sons: Curtis L. Grossley Jr, Andre Roberts, Dwain Roberts, grandchildren: Curtis L. Grossley III (Lynette). Chelsey R. Grossley, Dwain Roberts Jr., ReJane' S. Hendricks, Milan E. Moore, Tyrenda Ceasar, and Tyrone Ceasar, one sister; Tressa Chambers Meyers, one brother James W. Chambers III., nieces; Monica Turnbo, Monique Chambers, one nephew; James W. Chambers V. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends. Preceded in death by her parents James W. Chambers II and Anna Louise Chambers, husband; Curtis L. Grossley Sr., daughter; Melanie Booze, and nephew JR Meyers. Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, October 2, 2025, for 1:00 p.m. at The Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. Pastor Harold Goodloe of United Fellowship SDA Church, officiating. Interment is private. A gathering will follow at 5521 Norgate Drive, New Orleans, LA 70127.
