Constance Annunziato

My name is Allison Greenberg. I was Connie's visiting nurse a couple of years ago. We were very close. She was one of my favorite patients. After I left my job to work for another agency, I would still call Connie to keep in touch. I think I visited her once too. She gave me a bottle of perfume once (for my birthday), and I think of her every time I use it. I loved her gentle and kind nature, and she was more like a friend to me than a patient. I don't need to tell you how lucky you were that she was in your life. Because that's how I felt too. Thanks for being my friend, Connie!
