Constance "Connie" Farness, age 98 of Shawano, WI passed away on Sunday, May 7th at Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff, WI. Connie was born on April 19, 1925 the daughter of LeRoy and Frieda Stammer. She married LeRoy Farness on April 19, 1947.
Connie loved music and enjoyed playing the piano and organ. She was actively involved in the family business in Arbor Vitae for 36 years.
She is survived by her son Knute (Linda) and daughter Kristine and by grandchildren Eric, Nicholas, Kimberly, Justin and Mathew and by 5 great grandchildren. Connie was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy and son Kirk and by her parents LeRoy and Frieda Stammer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 15th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Minocqua from 10:30 am till 11:00 am. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am. Burial will take place on Thursday, May 18th at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Bonduel, WI.
