Constance Mobley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lynch & Sons Funeral Home - Walled Lake on Jan. 15, 2026.
Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend, Constance Mae Mobley, affectionately known as Connie, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on May 8, 1950, to Francis and Marjorie Dorsey, Connie lived a full life embracing every moment with a joyful spirit and open heart.

Connie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Garry, her three sons; Russell, Craig, and Todd (Stephanie), and four cherished grandchildren; Cameron, Isabelle, Sarah, and Luke Mobley. She is also survived by her four loving sisters: Patricia Baranyai, Carolyn Dorsey, Denise Cowell, and Deborah Dorsey.

Throughout her life, Connie balanced a dedicated career with raising her three boys. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with those she loved, including bowling with friends, traveling to new and familiar places, listening to oldies - especially Elvis Presley - and experiencing the many campgrounds of Michigan. Her enthusiasm for life was perhaps best exemplified by her renowned willingness to travel anywhere, anytime, if it meant she could spend time with her children or grandchildren.

Those who knew Connie will remember her warmth, her joy, and her steadfast commitment to the ones she loved. Her memory will live on in those who loved and knew her.
