Constance Mildred (Carroll) "Connie" Parsons

Constance Mildred (Carroll) "Connie" Parsons of Battle Creek, MI Connie, age 96, died peacefully Tuesday morning, October 17, 2017 at the Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo, MI. Connie was born on September 10, 1921 in Battle Creek to Richard and Florence (White) Carroll. She married Forrest H. "Junior" Parsons on March 25, 1939 and he sadly preceded her in death on August 2, 1972. Connie is survived by three sons, Forrest G. (Carol) "Jerry" Parsons of Bellevue, MI, Thomas M. Parsons of Hastings, MI and Robert D. Parsons of Battle Creek; her daughter-in-law, Dolores Parsons of Mesa, AZ; two sisters, Eva Moldenhauer of Battle Creek and Sharon Heidenreich of Columbia, TN; her brother, Jack (Gloria) Carroll of Martinsville, IN; fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Connie was also preceded in death by her son, Ron Lee Parsons and three brothers, Donald, Richard and Robert Carroll. The Graveside Service to celebrate Connie's life will be held on Monday, October 23rd at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens, Battle Creek with Chaplain Robert Heine, officiating. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Connie's life. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Connie's honor may be directed to the Bedford Manor, 100 South Bedford Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037 (Connie residence for the past 34 years). The Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek is assisting Connie's family with her arrangements.
