I've met Mrs Polk at Hope Therapy. She was truly and still remains one of my closest friends. She's always had a beautiful spirit and a fine personality. She used to have her hair done, which caused me to tell her that she will make me put my hands on that young man. She would smile when I told her that. You will be missed, Mrs Polk. Love you

I was introduced to Connie some time ago at Hope Therapy Services. She was very delightful person. Happy Warm caring person. We supported each other during our session. She was making improvements every day in walking. Prayer that the peace of God cover the Family. Rest In Peace.
