Mount Pleasant Funeral HomeCora Hunley, 75 of Miracle, passed away at her home on September 30, 2025 with her family by her side. She was born to the late Mirld and Delilah Childers Stewart on November 7, 1949. Cora loved the Lord, took joy in quoting scripture and loved her family whole heartedly.
Ms. Hunley is preceded in death by her Parents; Son, Charles Wyatt Jr.; Brothers, Robert Stewart, Andy Clay Stewart and Charles Stewart; Sisters, Beulah Couch and Rosie Wyatt; Nephews, Jason Couch and Bubby Grubbs.
Cora is survived by her loving Sons, Billy Wyatt and Wife Mary of Tazewell, TN and Larry Wyatt Jr. and Wife Stephanie of Maryville, TN; Special Nephew, Marcus Couch, Jr.; Brothers, Wayne Stewart and Wife Barb of Cawood, Edward Stewart and Wife Gail of Pineville, Denver Stewart of Miracle and Bill Stewart of Cawood; Sisters, Mary Lou Jones of Cawood, Elizabeth Wyatt and Husband Raymond of Tazewell, TN, Martha Grubbs and Husband Hubert of Cawood and Cindy Gailey and Husband Clyde of Cawood.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at the Riverside Church of God in Cawood from 12PM to 2PM. Funeral Services will begin at 2PM with Reverend Franklin Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart Family Cemetery in Cawood with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
