Mrs. Cora Lee Roach, age 78 of Dallas, GA, passed away Monday, October 14, 2024.
She was born March 1, 1946 in Wilmington, NC, daughter of the late Robert Lee Qualls and the late Louise Johns Qualls. Cora was a member of the Victory Baptist Church of Athens, GA and a certified nursing assistant having worked for Mulberry Grove Retirement Home. She enjoyed cooking and never met a stranger. She loved her dogs and had a special love for her sons-in-law and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Roach.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Roach; son, Kenneth Roach; three daughters, Terrecia (Richard) Bagwell, Terri (Tim) McMahan and Donna Henderson; five grandchildren, Krystle Schake, Michael McMahan, T.J. McMahan, Abigail (Austin) Dodd and Lee Bagwell; four great-grandchildren, Noah Dodd, Elijah McMahan, Liam Dodd and Skylar Schake; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Mrs. Roach will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the Sam Clark Chapel with the family receiving family and friends beginning at 12:00 pm.
