He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Felicia Barcroft, and his sister Florence Whiting.
The family includes his children, Kristine Wells of Dallas, Ashley Grueninger of Vinita, Denise Kiel of Seaside Oregon, Michael Koontz of Vinita, his brothers, Doug Whitlow of Ocean Park, Washington, Brad Crement of Lapine, Oregon, his sister, Bridget Templeton of Phoenix, Arizona, numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Services are pending at this time.
