Corey Jerome Smith

I never got to meet Corey, but I know he was a very kind and wonderful man, as well as a very loving husband and father. He will be missed immensely by his family and I pray to all who read this to continue to pray for Beth, Caleb and Kaycee through this very difficult time. Corey is with our Lord and at peace now so I know he is in the best of hands. Although he is not physically with us any longer, his loving memory will last forever through Beth, Caleb and Kaycee.

I am heartbroken to hear about Corey's passing. I have worked at Woodfin Ridge for many years and I can not remember a time that I didn't know Corey. He was always kind to me. He greeted me with a smile, and a hug. Just a few weeks ago we had a conversation about our children, and work. He offered to help get my son hired at Milliken. He talked about his wife and his children, what they were up to and how proud he was of all of them. He beamed with love and pride when he talked about them. Corey will be missed dearly. Continued prayers for everyone who loved him. Until we meet again.
