Corey Renee Weidner

Corey Renee Weidner, age 20 of Roseville, formally of Harper Woods, died Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital Macomb Center in Warren. She was born August 14, 1990 in Detroit, the daughter of James and Renee (nee: Waldorf) Weidner. Corey was a strong willed, witty young woman with her own special take on life. She was raised in Harper Woods and attended K-12 with the Harper Woods School District. She loved to play the trombone, enjoyed listening to music, and had a certain sense for fashion and trends, especially cosmetology. Corey laughed constantly and was a pretty goofy girl after she came out of her shell at the end of her teens. You wouldnt catch her judging people or really bring anyone down, she was upbeat and fun to be around. She could defiantly handle the pressures in lifeshe would always prove it to herself and to others that knew her. Corey was not afraid to stand her ground if she was right or if she knew she was being wronged. She was the dear friend that everyone wished for. She always enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her pride and joy however, were her three children. Corey was a young mom but motherhood was not only one, not two, but three of the happiest moments in her life. She was an energetic mom, a proud mom and most of all a devoted mom. Her three children will always have a beautiful young angel looking down on them from above. She loved her children more than anything and they really helped her to become the woman that she was. Corey is the loving and devoted mother of Dorian, Kyrianna, and Christian. She is the beloved daughter of James and Renee. Dear sister of Nick, Eric, Brandon, Leanne, and Cody. She is also survived by many loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her dog Diamond. Visitation for Corey will be on Saturday, October 16th from 3 pm until the time of Funeral Service at 7:30 pm, further visitation will be held until 9 pm at the D.S.
