Cory D. Burchell

Cory D. Burchell, 27, of Winchester, OH, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at his residence. He was born on July 13, 1998 in Cincinnati, OH to Denvil Burchell and Denise (Brand) Burchell. Cory was a member of the Holy Trinity Church in West Union and a member of Venture Productions. He was also a former member of 4-H (Jackson Jr Farmers), Eastern FFA and Brown County Cattle Showmen for 10 years. Cory graduated from Eastern High School in 2017.

Cory was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Denvil and Janice Burchell.

In addition to his parents, Cory is survived by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Barb Brand of Winchester; sisters, Anita and Shelby as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville. Father Dohrman Byers will be officiating. Burial will follow in the St Mary Cemetery in Arnheim. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM prior to the service.
