Court Young “Corky” White III, 73, resident of Columbia, TN, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2024 at his residence.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church with Brother Rick Blevins and Brother Mike Dawson officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service at First Baptist Church.

Born on November 11, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Court Young White II and the late Laura Turner White. Corky loved music and was a talented guitarist. He enjoyed playing with the Worship Band at First Baptist Church, where he was a member. Corky was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife, Libby Kelly White; children, Matthew (Stephanie) White, Brandie (Justin) Snoblen, Brooke (Brett) Shockley; grandchildren, Ava Snoblen, Addie Snoblen, and on the way, Baby White, and Baby Shockley; and sister, Lee Ann White.
Pallbearers will be John Reishman, Henry McMahan, Derik Rash, Randy Blackburn, Keith Smith, Don Wood, Greg Hodge, and Noel Willems. Honorary Pallbearers include Harold Kelly, Jerry Mitchell, Mike Belt, Mike Crosby, Mike Scott, and the Steve Nowlin’s Small Group at First Baptist Church.
