Craig William Chadwick

Craig William Chadwick, born on July 16, 1954, in Redlands, California. Craig was the beloved child of Bill and Connie Chadwick. After graduating from Redlands High School, he embarked on a new adventure-one that would take him across oceans and continents. From 1973 to 1984, Craig served honorably in the United States Navy.
On February 26, 1982, Craig's life took another significant turn when he married the love of his life, Virginia Dela Cruz Binuya. Their love story transcended borders, cultures, and time zones. Together, they built a life filled with shared dreams, laughter, and unwavering love for one another.
Craig's professional journey led him to the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), where he served as a Speed Zone Specialist for 34 years. Beyond his professional duties, Craig was deeply committed to his community.
Craig dedicated years to public service as a City Counselor and Parks Commissioner in Aumsville. His passion for community development and advocacy made a lasting impact on the town he loved. Craig's enthusiasm for local traditions and following the foot steps of his parents was evident in his involvement with the Aumsville Corn Festival. Whether he was organizing events or simply enjoying the festivities, he brought joy to those around him.
Craig's legacy extends beyond his professional and civic achievements. He leaves behind a loving family. Craig's partner in life, Virgie, stood by his side through every triumph and challenge. Their love was unwavering, and their love story an inspiration to all who knew them.
Craig and Virgie's three children-Gina Lierman, Jenny Chadwick, and Aaron Chadwick-carry forward their father's legacy. His guidance and love shaped their lives. Craig's siblings-Chad Chadwick, Elizabeth Goude, and Scott Chadwick-share memories of laughter, sibling camaraderie, and shared experiences. Connor Lierman, Hunter Lierman, and Jocelyn Wunderlich will forever cherish their grandfather's warmth and sense of humor.
